Catalog We don't sell our bikes direct online but we do sell some parts, softgoods, accessories and the occasional closeout item. We want you to have the best experience possible on our bikes and making sure they are assembled by a qualified mechanic is a very important part of that. If you're interested in our bikes meet up with one of our dealers and they will set you up! We urge to support them whenever possible.
Warranty Info: Click here for full details. Ordering info: We accept credit cards and Paypal. All credit card customers will need a valid credit card with correct billing address. If the credit card info is not entered correctly then your order will be automatically deleted. Processing Times:Please allow 1-3 business days to process order. You will get an email when the order ships from our warehouse. Delivery Times Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. Shipping charges may vary slightly. If an order is placed late on a Friday or during a weekend, please note that the order will not be received and shipped until the next possible working day. Delivery times for international customers will vary. Shipping Damage: If you receive parts that were damaged in shipping, please contact Fairdale at store@Fairdalebikes.com and please save your package! Order Discrepancies: If we have made a mistake on your order, please notify us ASAP, and we will work with you to best resolve any problems created. Credit Procedures: We issue credits for accepted claims. Your refund will be issued against the same credit card used on purchase. Return Policy: You may return most unopened and unused item sold by the Fairdale store within 14 days of delivery. The item(s) must be in new condition and never used. You are responsible for all return shipping charges. All other refunds will be issued less the original shipping cost. We will request a refund within 3 days upon receiving your return. Please allow an additional 5 to 10 days to receive your return from the shipper and up to 3 to 5 days for the credit card company to process your refund. If the return is a a result of our error, you will receive a full refund and we will pay for the return shipping cost. International Orders: All customs charges, excise taxes or duties are not included in the shipping costs. You are fully responsible for these costs. All declared values will be recorded correctly.
