A story from Taj about why Fairdale startedSome months ago The Ride Journal asked me to write a little story about Fairdale. Funnily enough they had seen our momentarily viral R+D video and wanted to know more about what we were all about. Though I expect they were hoping for something as goofy as that video I gave them a much more sincere version […]

Our new Weekender Nomad in Metallic Dark Silver is here. We are extra pleased with how this color came out–it has a soft glow to it without being too loud. This Nomad model dresses our versatile Weekender frame with crispy 1x11 mechanical shifting, 700c wheels, and shallow drop bars. It also looks great in alleys at night.

Goodship and Out of Step bottle in the wild! Goods

Goodship and Out of Step bottle in the wild! Goodship is our steel road bike frame, and we probably don’t really need to explain the water bottle (but it’s also new and in stock). Hope y’all are out riding!

It’s so much more than fun, but it is danged fun to just ride a bike. Clear your head, have a smile, and make some space for processing the rest of the world. Bikes are good.

From time to time we will steal your photo tagged @fairdalebikes, deface it by drawing over top of it, and then repost it with out compensating you in anyway. We liked this pic of our Weekender in Lemon Grass with a cool rack on it.

Welcome to the #FairdaleAnimalClub @publicservicebicycle & Patrick!

Our Goodship road bike frame is back. It is steel.

Our Goodship road bike frame is back. It is steel.

In a world full of throwaway plastic frames we wanted to build something different. We used Reynolds 725 steel to craft a frame that can be ridden daily with confidence–year after year.

Proven modern appointments make the Goodship practical and fast, without getting caught up in the fickle chase of the latest here-today-gone-tomorrow pro racing tech.

After all, what really matters on a ride is the experience. The feel of the ride, the enjoyment of the ride, and durability to ride again tomorrow. Make it good!

And don’t forget our Back to School Sale (also for people who don’t go to school) is going thru tomorrow. Some good stuff in there.

We don’t have many sales and this is a good one.

We don’t have many sales and this is a good one. From now until Monday, Sept 7 you can get free shipping on orders over $100, and this applies to bikes and frames. Free Adjust-a-rack and bottle cage with compatible bikes. Deals on Macaroni bikes. Some great discounts (up to 50%) on softgoods.

AND, we have even launched a few new products today. Rockitship and Goodship frames are finally in stock! Plus, we just received some new water bottle designs.

We always extend our sales to our bike shop partners too. Dealers should get ahold of @fullfactory and take advantage of this sale.

*Free shipping for lower 48 USA only.

For my birthday I took all my bikes to the little

For my birthday I took all my bikes to the little jumps. I know it’s nothing crazy, but it is pretty cool to me that I can still ride jumps, especially because for years after my back surgery I couldn’t. Now, bit by bit I’ve gotten stronger and I think I ride my DJ the most. But, maybe most important is that I still love riding bikes of any kind! -Taj

Thanks for the fun Elevator, Rockitship, Weekender, Taj, Hareraiser, and @sundaybikes Wavelength.
