The Magic of MacaroniOur Macaroni is a special bike. We worked hard to design a bike that would better fit young riders. Creating the Macaroni started with a look at our little brother brand, Sunday Bikes. Whereas the Sunday starter bikes focus on doing tricks and getting rad, Macaronis are all about stability and the joy of pedaling a bike.

Taj’s ElevatorOur Elevator MTB frame has one of the shortest rear ends ever for a 29er. This trend-bucking feature makes the bike feel very lively. With such an active frame, finessing the bike is the fun part. On the Elevator, any trail at any speed is entertaining.

New Purist Water Bottles!Keepin’ it simple, keeps it fun! New 22oz Purist bottles available now online or through your favorite shop.

New Shirts and a Hat!Some new stuff from @Taj Mihelich’ sketchbook that we turned into softgoods.

Fairdale Goes to Ray’s on a TuesdayIt kinda' went like this: "There's a new colorway of the Hareraiser, we should make a video for it." "Let's take it to Ray's." "I've still never been there." "Oh man, you have to go! Let's just make it an office trip."

Taj in the WoodsMountain biking is so much more than vertigo inducing GoPro footage, life threatening speed and laser guided seat posts. I love that my bike carries me away from the noise of the world and out into the peace of the woods.

Fairdale Elevator / Available NowAt last... the Elevator has arrived. Bikes are available NOW through your favorite shop as well as online. There's no other bike like it, and we're stoked it's finally here!

A little behind the scenes of the little mascot art on the Goodship frames. I try to give each of the bikes a mascot of some kind. It adds a story and personality to the model. A character to guide the bike. -Taj

I wrote a little blog over on the internet (Fairdale site) if you’re interested in some of the behind the scenes here.

@fullfactory is our in-house sales team that sells Fairdale to bike shops. FF also brings @odysseybmx, @sundaybikes, @gsportbmx, and @bsdforever to bike shops in the USA. A bike shop can get anything and everything BMX along with Fairdale Bikes in one spot (and on one order).

The Fairdale Out of Step tee and bottle: I was obviously riffing on Minor Threat’s famous Out of Step album cover with this drawing. I see this scene play out in real life every time I go for a pedal… rolling through town with my eyes up enjoying the sights, but everyone around me has their head’s bowed–hypnotized by their phones. I do it myself of course, but these brief looks from my bike while outside my little screen’s control are refreshing. -Taj

Elevator action! Thanks to @jamie_from_biking 🚲 and @conorbmx316 📸 for this post. Our Elevator is a 29er hardtail MTB for trail riding, but some trails have fun jumps on them!

Our new Weekender Nomad in Metallic Dark Silver is here. We are extra pleased with how this color came out–it has a soft glow to it without being too loud. This Nomad model dresses our versatile Weekender frame with crispy 1x11 mechanical shifting, 700c wheels, and shallow drop bars. It also looks great in alleys at night.

Ask for it at your favorite shop. More info on fairdalebikes.com

It’s so much more than fun, but it is danged fun to just ride a bike. Clear your head, have a smile, and make some space for processing the rest of the world. Bikes are good.
