Based on the same frameset as the Parser Express, the Parser Black has riser bars for a more relaxed, upright, riding position and comes with a satin black rustproof finish. It also has slightly wider tires than the Express for increased ride comfort. The quality components we’ve spec’d will keep you pedaling without breakdowns or maintenance headaches.
